Charging your vehicle at Voltrun Charging Stations is very easy. Follow the steps below to charge your vehicle effortlessly.
Charge Your Vehicle in 5 Simple Steps
User Verification
Scan the QR code on the station from the mobile app, or tap your Voltrun Card on the unit to verify your identity.
Plug In the Cable
Plug the charging cable into your vehicle and the station. The station will begin communicating with your vehicle.
Track
You can track your charging session in real-time from the Voltrun mobile app.
End Charging
End the session via the app or by tapping your Voltrun Card on the unit again. Then unplug the cable.
Automatic Payment
The charging fee is automatically deducted from the credit card registered to your account. You can view your invoice details through the Voltrun mobile app.
LED Status Indicators
Available / Ready
The station is ready to use. You can start your charging session.
In Use
The station is currently in use. A charging session is in progress.
Out of Service
Error — the station is out of service and cannot perform charging. Please contact our support team.
