VOLTRUN ENERJİ A.Ş. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms of use govern the conditions regarding the use of the www.voltrun.com website, mobile application, and all digital platforms offered by Voltrun Enerji A.Ş. ("VOLTRUN"). By using these platforms, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

As an electric vehicle charging network operator, VOLTRUN provides charging station services, mobile applications, membership systems, payment infrastructure, and related digital services. VOLTRUN reserves the right to change the scope, conditions, and pricing of its services without prior notice.

2. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

The information you provide when registering on our platforms must be accurate, up-to-date, and complete. You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information. You are considered responsible for all transactions carried out through your account. In case you notice any unauthorized use, you must notify VOLTRUN immediately.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, design, graphics, logos, software, and other materials on the VOLTRUN website and mobile application are the intellectual property of VOLTRUN or its licensors. These contents cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, or republished without the written permission of VOLTRUN.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

• Not to use the platforms for illegal purposes,
• Not to violate the rights of other users,
• Not to engage in activities that threaten the security of the system,
• Not to upload software or code that will harm the platforms,
• To use VOLTRUN charging stations and equipment according to their purpose,
• To comply with safety rules during charging services.

5. PAYMENT AND BILLING

The tariffs applied for charging services are actively shared through our mobile application and website. Payment transactions are carried out via secure payment infrastructures. Billing is based on usage data and the applicable tariff.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VOLTRUN offers its services "as is." Service interruptions may occur due to force majeure, technical malfunctions, internet outages, or third-party disruptions. VOLTRUN cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from such situations.

7. SERVICE CHANGES AND TERMINATION

VOLTRUN reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the services, platforms, or these terms of use at any time. The accounts of users who violate the terms of use may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized in any disputes arising from these terms.
